White Labs WLP 300 - Hefewizen Ale Yeast — Liquid — 1 Vial
Procedure
  1. Steep specialty grains in 2.5 gal of water @ 155° for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove grains from wort and let drain.
  3. Add 1lb Wheat LME and bring wort to boil.
  4. Once a rolling boil has been achieved, add .75oz Hallertau and start the 60min timer.
  5. After 45 min remove the wort from heat and add the remaining LME.
  6. Bring back to boil and add yeast fuel, remaining hops & Irish Moss.
  7. After 15 min remove the wort from heat and quickly cool to pitching temperature.
